| Safari in Willpattu |
| |
| Willpattu is the largest Wildlife Park in Sri Lanka and it is a heaven for Leopards. The Park is located within 1 ½ hour drive from the hotel and again a day excursion. In addition to the great wildlife there is a historical significance in the park as it hosts the place where King Wijaya met Kuveni (his wife) and the ruins of her palace are still remains, Wijaya is the first recorded king of Sri Lanka according to the ancient Pali chronicles. Here we are talking a history which dates back to 543 BC. |

6.30AM – Enter to Wilpattu National through it’s main gate in a Safari Jeep. Now the safaris begins. |

2.30PM – Continue with the Safari |

6PM – Leave the National park from the main gate and be driven to the hotel. Approximate arrival time at the hotel would be 7.30PM. |
